The holiday season, for whatever holiday you celebrate, is a time to show love, to be compassionate, and to promote peace. There has been a lot of uncertainty in the world this year, and it may feel at times like it’s too much to clear away, but when each and every one of us steps up to be the light, the uncertainty and darkness is pushed back, and often swept away. When you show up, day in and day out, to be a source of light in this world you are giving the world so much love, hope, and goodness. 

We challenge you this week, to be a beacon of positivity and love, especially when it’s most challenging to do so. Let those close to you know you love them, allow strangers to be comforted by your compassion, and send positive energy to all those around the world who may really need it. Remember, your thoughts, actions, and presence matters!

3 Tips to Crush it in 2021!

This holiday season is an amazing time to be present with your loved ones, be grateful for everything you have (and everything you don't) and reflect while preparing for the new year to come! Let's face it 2020 has been a heck of a year. Regardless of what happened this year FOR you (yes, I believe everything happens for you not to you), your business, or your family I wanted to share 3 tips to my Therasage family to help crush it in the new year!

Tip #1 : Balance = Happiness

If you want more happiness in your life in 2021, create blissful balance in both your personal and your professional life. Check out the 10 Alignments of a Happy Hustler and measure where you rank in each. Then pivot accordingly.

Tip # 2 : Get crystal clear on your #1 personal goal and #1 professional goal to accomplish in 2021.

We often overestimate what we can do in a year so get laser focused on your top goals for your personal life and your professional life this upcoming year. If you only accomplished these two things, what would make the year a success? Then reverse engineer the process to achieve each. Create a written game plan. Set a date. Break down the process in small 30 day increments all building upon one another and watch your goals achievement manifest baby!

Tip # 3 : Infuse More Passionate Hobbies

I get it you're busy. However, what's it all for if you're not having FUN in the process. Infuse more hobbies you're passionate about into your week. Treat them with the same energy and importance as any other booking on your calendar. Be it dancing, painting, a sport, a martial art, schedule your hobbies and get out there and have some fun!

Bonus Tip: Selfless Service

As Tony Robbins says, "The secret to living is giving." Find a way to give to others regularly. Helping others succeed is the path to true fulfillment. Give time, give money, give advice, just give in 2021.
