Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed, our shipping department typically processes and ships the order within 2-3 business days, from the date of purchase. Our Thera360's and Thera360Plus Saunas sometimes take additional preparation time. As soon as the order ships, you will receive an email or text with your tracking information so you can monitor your estimated date of delivery from the carrier.

Expedited shipping will not guarantee an earlier shipping window, outside of our standard lead time, however we will work with you personally to make sure to accommodate all you shipping and delivery needs. Please be advised international shipping fees only cover the actual carrier cost, not your local tax or import fees.
