Our PBM (PhotoBioModulation aka Red Light Therapy) timer defaults to two hours because the pad is primarily used on the torso and legs, areas that can safely receive longer exposure. The 30-minute guideline mainly applies to the head and face. You can turn the red lights off at any time if you prefer shorter sessions.

Q: The timer goes up to 12 hours and defaults to 8, what does this control?

A: That timer controls the infrared heat only. It allows users to enjoy gentle warmth throughout the night if desired. The PBM and PEMF functions are operated independently from this timer.

Q: Since PEMF and PBM seem so similar, what’s the benefit of using them together?

This is one of the best heating/healing pads I have ever used! We had a massage and heat pad once and it was good, but this (even without massage), is far better… in fact it outshines every other health device we own (except our Relax infrared tent sauna that costs $1500)! Hello!  This is my review of the TheraPro - PEMF/Infrared/Red Light Pad (regular). This health and wellness pad is the best money I have spent on myself! I purchased a small (half-size) PEMF pad for my son for Christmas. He opened it as soon as he received it and has been using it daily. When I arrived to visit and tried his I noticed that the connection from the pad to cord is so much tighter than the connection on my full size PEMF pad. Mine falls out when ever I get up or move. I thought it was just poor design but now I'm curious why his exact same cord connects tightly and mine does not. I guess I'd recommend the smaller version of the pad just for this convenience and the greater ease of packing and carrying when traveling. Thanks for making such a great product but if there is an adapter or something to keep my connection more secure I'd be interested!

TheraPro - PEMF/Infrared/Red Light Pad (Regular)

We are loving our new infrared sauna! It’s been a great addition to our Therasage PEMF mat which we also love.  The sauna was so easy to set up. We especially love its portability and the short time it actually takes to heat up.  We’ve done so much research and are so happy that we chose a sauna and mat that are safe to use on so many levels.  We love Therasage products and can’t wait to continue adding to our wellness repertoire.

I bought the PEMF mat and after starting to use it, I immediately saw benefits. I had some joint pain in my ankle and within five minutes of tuning it to the healing frequency my joint pain completely diminished. I was also dealing with some inflammatory skin issues that calmed down within just a few minutes of use. I recommended this to all of my family members and friends for its easy use, portability, and amazing benefits! I will never travel without it again!

I have a couple of your incredible products including the ozone bubbler, handheld ozone, PEMF heating pad and tens unit, and the sauna! I LOVE every single one of them and they are an asset to my family's life.  We use the ozone bubbler to clean produce, take ozone baths, clean smelly spaces, and more! The handheld ozone i just bought to incorporate into my sauna sessions but to also keep in the car to reduce spreading germs at school pickup! I rock my daughter to sleep for naps on the PEMF pad and she goes to sleep so beautifully and relaxed. My husband loves the tens feature attached to it for sore muscles and back spasms. The sauna is my health savior! I crave it and try to get in a couple times a week. My only recommendation is to get the black one as my white one shows those sweat stains (nothing a little hydrogen peroxide/dawn/baking soda can't take out). The sauna heats up fast and works great for sweating while keeping your head out and cool. I love the adjustable temperature so my children can get in as needed/wanted. Thank you for incredible products!! I can't wait to save up for more!

I use one if not more of your products daily. I have the pemf mat, the sauna, the ozone bubbler, and the thera o3. I think my favorite is the sauna it was the best money I've ever spent on a big item.
