 Return Policy for Retail Customers:

 30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

Contact Therasage via email returns@therasage.com for a pre-paid return label.

Merchandise purchased from the Therasage website may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping.

 Please note that unless otherwise instructed Therasage will use the original form of payment for refund.

 To receive your refund, please follow the instructions below:

• Ship in Original Box
• Include original receipt with date of purchase
• Product must be received in "like new" condition
• Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
• Ship with signature confirmation to address below
• a 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns that do not met the above specifications.
