Bought the original one years ago, the controller pad stopped coming on at about 4 months, I contacted the company via the support email and they let me know they do not sell the accesory pad even though it is detachable and would have definitely purchased a new controller pad to easily attach to my healing pad. Shame on this company.

I actually love this heating pad, and had the first one I bought for 5 years. it eventually stopped turning on for no apparent reason, but I liked it so much I was willing to spend another hundred plus to replace it. an item like this should last more than 5 years; however this is not my actual complaint. therasage had changed manufacturers and while the new mini looked even more fortified in places the tubing can bend and easily crack, it was not. after a short few months, the tubing cracked in 2 places. fortunately my unit was under warranty so I was able to replace it, and figured one bad heating pad could have been a fluke. then the second one also cracked within a few months. I assumed it would be replaced with no problem but after multiple attempts to contact cs finally I received an email response that first asserted I must have used the heating pad incorrectly- never mind that the previous had broken in the the exact same places within a few months, and that my previous unit had lasted 5 years. then cs refused to replace their replacement because it was not covered by a warranty because it was a replacement. that's real nonsense, and indicates a company unwilling to stand behind its product. honestly it's a fire hazard with exposed metal wires but I taped the unit and used it anyway because I rely on it for daily pain. now, a year and a half after I received the replacement it simply stopped working. this is not ok; it indicates poor quality, and represents even worse customer service.

I’ve used it every day in some capacity for years. My back during the day, wrapped around my sore knee with a castor pack, and nightly on my pillow to soothe my aching neck. It’s the best!

The ultimate period cramp solution! This thing actually works! Most heated blankets are actually terrible for you because of the emfs! This one gets HOT, and you can control the temp which is amazing, and it uses infrared which is powerful for healing! BUY THIS, you won't regret it if you get any type of cramps! I used to throw up from period cramps, not anymore!

I’ve been a huge Therasage fan for years and this mini pad just confirms why. Their stuff WORKS.. I keep one at my desk for my lower back and it helps keep me focused and pain free while working from home.

got this for my sciatic pain and didn’t expect much boy was I wrong!! it’s warm but like not surface warm. It’s stronger than that!!! helps calm my nerve pain when it starts acting up!

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis last year and this pad has made a world of difference. I use it on my hands and knees daily and feel such deep relief without needing to rely on painkillers!! You can tell Therasage actually cares about quality of there products!!!!!

i wasn’t sure how powerful this little pad could be but OMG it hits the muscles DEEP 😭🔥 i keep it on my lower back or wrap it on my wrist when the pain hits. never going back to a regular heating pad again!!

I have the small healing pad and got this mini one for travel and it was the best decision ever. It folds up small but still delivers serious infrared heat. I love that it uses jade stones and doesn’t blast EMFs like those cheap ones at the drugstore. This is REAL healing heat!!!
