I purchased this product less than a year ago. Used it about 5 times before it started shorting out, with only a small part of the panel working. Tried many times to get customer support through phone messages and email. No one has responded. Extremely dissatisfied with customer support.

As someone recovering from adrenal fatigue, this pad has been a godsend. It relaxes my nervous system and helps me sleep deeper. I use it in the early evening to help transition from stress mode to rest mode. It’s powerful!! Thank you Therasage!

I love this pad and have found uses for it besides my neck and shoulders. I've used it on an old knee injury and it has made a difference in the discomfort when walking and sitting. I like the other pads I've ordered from you, but this one has been the most versatile on for me. I'm 78 so more comfort when walking is a pretty big deal. Thank you
