I confess that I was skeptical about this making an impact. I wear an Apple Watch to monitor my sleep. Since I put this on, my sleep score has increased significantly. I’m still getting about the same amount of sleep, but the number of interruptions has decreased significantly! I used to wake up at least twice to go to the bathroom. I haven’t had to get up once since I put this on. I’d wake up and not be able to get back to sleep. Now I have been getting good sleep scores since this went on.

Have been wearing this bracelet for a few days. Tested it with my Trifield EMF meter, there is a noticeable decline in EMF that it mitigates. Considering EMF comes off the keyboard in great amounts, I can wear this while working and know that it's doing what it's supposed to be doing. Combining this with the PEMF mats for grounding and it's other benefits and you'll be sleeping like you were in high school again!

I love the effects of the band. I sleep well and feel more protected from EMF's. I bought the thin rose gold and like the look okay. I wish yellow gold was an option though. The thing I really don't like is the length. Most stores give an option of buying bracelets in a particular length for proper fit. I normally wear a 6.5 inch or 7 inch bracelet. The 8 inch bracelet is constantly falling off my wrist. I leave it various places in my house when I have to do something which will require me moving my hand because I'm afraid it will fall off. I wish the company would have smaller lengths as an option. Adjusting the length now wouldn't be possible due to its construction.
